Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, I request you to please clarify my doubt that whether RTO Officials will accept "GPA" has a valuable document for transfer of ownership for the Vehicle from one person to another person.

or GPA Holder Can transfer the ownership to another person, is it possible or not ?

Kindly give me your precious time to clear my doubt.

Yes it is valid form to document o make transfer of vehicle.

If GPA contains such power to its holder then such transfer is legal.
