Whether police will going to arrest us?

We have applied for A.B from session court for charges u/s 498-A/406 and we have get it..Now for execution of bail, whether we are technically being arrested by the I.O ??

If yes, how long the IO will retain us in the custody?
What formalities, we will have to do, if we approach before IO?

Whether we can get the copy of FIR and other documents from Police?

you will be immediately released on bail in the event of arrest. You just need to execute the bail bond with along with surety. You must have got the FIR copy at the time of filing of application for A.B... if not you can obtain certified copy from the court.

if arrested, then you will be released on furnishing the bail bond with sureties.
