Hi Sir,

I am an Anglo Indian and married to an Anglo Indian in indian Church since 02 years. Sir, I want to know under which act will we come for grant of divorce or restitution of conjugal rights. and what all charges can my wife put on me and my family members.I have evidences regarding threat to me and my family members and also in which she accepted her faults and force for marriage.

Indian Divorce Act will applicable for you.
She may file a petition against you for maintenance and may file Domestic violence Act against all your family members.
