I AM ASKING TO ALL ADVOCATES OF INDIA WHY JUDGES ARE APPOINTIG AFTER THEIR LEGALLY RETIREMENT? NO OTHER DEPARTMENT ARE FOLLOWING THIS TYPE OF ILLEGAL AND AGAINST CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. RETIRED DESTRICT JUDGES HASBEEN APPOINTED ,RETIRED HIGH COURT AND SUPREMECOURT JUDGES ALSO REAPPOINTED SOMEWHERE AFTER THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RETIREMENT AGE?
ONCE RETIRE ALWAYES RETIRE IS THE POLICY AND RULE IN OUR COUNTRY THEN WHY JUDICIARY IS EXEMPTED?WHAT IS PARLIAMENT DOING?AND WAHT IS ALL SENIOR DOING WHY THEY COULD NOT OPPOSED THIS POLICY?

I truly support the version of Ingle saheb. In our democracy, where Judges are always in the hot seat are given such privileges by our system. One should also gleefully accept to the fact that if our politicians don't have any retirement age why can't our learned judges enjoy this privilege.

I do agree with Ingle Sir. The retirement age is fixed keeping the age factor and capacity to work in particular field. If one person is retired after full term, how can he be deemed fit to do other work efficiently.

What is the logic behind fixation of retirement age?
If retirement age is fixed on the consideration that a person does not remain mentally and physically fit after that particular age to perform the obligations of an office then, it must also be considered whether after such age he remains fit or not to perform the duties of office to which he is being appointed after retirement.

CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN THE LOGIC OF RETIREMENT AGE?DOES WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE IS INVERSELY PROPERTIONAL TO AGE.?THEN AT WHICH AGE IT IS HIGHEST?AT THAT AGE ONLY THE EMPLOYEE HOULD BE PAID HIGHEST, BEFORE AND AFTER THIS PICK POINT HIS PAYMENTS MAY DECREASED PROPERTIONATELY.

Let this age factor be democratically uniform to all professions. If that is not achievable, there is no logic behind this argument.
