Wife asking for maintiance money

We got married on 19th Jan 2008 and have 2 year Baby Girl.
After marrige she was not supporting but i tried to support her by all means but she was not supporting.
From 2008 to 2010 April she ran away from my home 4 time everytime i went to her mom place and got her back , but on 29th April she had fight with me and left the home with my baby and has not returned back till date.
after she left i tried multipule time talking to her and trying to convience her but it all went in vain.
I tried approaching our Samaj but no use.
Last month she called me and said that on 1st Nov i need to be present at Bandra court as she has filed case against me of 50,000/- per month.
as i am not bringing her which is wrong.
Kindly advise as what do i do

it appears your wife does not want to stay with you . apply for divorce by mutual consent . since you ahve stayed separate for more than a year if she is agreebale then file for divorce .
as far as claim for maintenace is concerned the amount court will award will d epnd upon your finacial condition , your income , whether she is working or not etc.

It is not necessary to pass order as prayed, the court will mainly consider following points to be consider:-
1.Income/Financial position of your?
2.your wife is working or not?

She might demand moon, but she is not going to get it.
Contest the case with a trusted and competent lawyer like Mr. Sethi and defeat her claim.
In the meantime I would suggest start giving some money for the child suo-motto.

my wife is telling lies that she does not have job, what if i get the details from using detective and the proof will still her demands valid?
