Wife not ready to get transfer

Wife is employed in some private company. Husband who is also employed in a pvt company, got transfer to some other place. The company in which wife is working, has a branch in the place where husband got transferred.
Now, wife is not ready to get transfer. She wants to remain in the same city.

The question is,
1)whether husband can ask the company in which wife is working to transfer her?

2) If husband asks the company, whether it is obligatory for the company to transfer wife?

3) Whether husband can move to court against the wife?

you cannot compel the co.to transfer your wife,nor it is obligatory.you cannot move the court to interfer in the internal adm.affairs of company.

Mr. anonymous! why are hiding your weakness under the garb of company or court or this community?

Convince your wife. Either you become her or make her yours.....This is the only solution of your problem. There is some foul game within the story. Try to check it otherwise neither company nor court or this community can do anything in the entire matter. Do not publish such entirely secret issues publicly rather involve your family members or nears dears of both the families to tackle the problem amicably.
