If the wife is unemployed, she is entitled to maiantenance. Equally, aged parents who have no income are also eligible for maintenance from the son, if he is the only son. Percentage of maintenance amount depends upon the discretion used by the court. However, 25% to wife, 25% to parents would be justified.

The court will order/fix the maintenance seperately for wife and the parents.
The man is bound to pay maintenance unless he proves the court that his wife and his parents are sufficiently employed and drawing good salary and there is no need for maintenance.

The court will order to pay the maintenance to the wife and the parents. It is the duty of the person to maintain his wife and old agre parents. Husband/son has to prove that there is willfull negligence to maintain his wife and his old age parents.
