i want to prepare my WILL. i have a 2 acre forest land.. so what should be the value of the non judicial stamp paper.
do the value of property affect the value of the stamp paper.

Say 20 or 50 Rs., value of the property do not affect the value of the stamp paper.

Will can be even on a plain white paper. No stamp paper is required at all.

Will need not be on stamp paper. However, Registration charges may be required if it is registered.
