adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 15 November 2009
both are valid, but both can be challenged by other legal heirs of grandma.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 15 November 2009
If the wills are in respect of ancestral properties, then on the challenge of other legal heirs, the wills can be set aside otherwise both are legal.
