Respected sir/madam

My grandmother(fathers mother) written a will in favor of my aunt(fathers own sister) witnesses in the WILL are signed by two of my aunts(fathers own sisters) is the will is valid if i challenge it in a court can my aunts (my grand mother own daughters) can sign as witnesses in the will.

Yes Will seems to be valid. Any two witnesses can sign it may not be the beneficiaries or can be other relatives of the testator.
The person making Will had made it with her own sweet will without any force or undue influence it by fraud, she has fit mental condition at the time of making the Will and understood well what she is stating in her Will, it was duly signed by by her and witnessed, are these issues that will determine the validity be of the Will

The property of your grandmother is self acquired by her, then as per her (your grandmother) wish she can do it.
