1. In 1982 father and two sons are parationed thier proprty by comparmise court degree
2. father and elder son sold thier property in 1983
3. Younger son sold some part of the land by making revenue site 1984-86
4. in the revenue site one of the site sold to his elder brother
one of the boundry wrongly mentioned in the register sale deed
instead of mine he mentioned yours
5. elder brother childerns are done paration on 2001
6. younger brother is the one of the (5th) witness attestor of the above paration
7. younger did go through the above paration but in that paration deed has his property encroched by taking advantage of boundries ( ref above point 4 )
8. one more mistake done by wintess attator - he has sold one more site to third party thier also boundry mistake (instead of his the mentioned his elder brother name)
now case in court, yonger brother seeking injection
can some one guide is this case stand in court and give me same type of case and judgment if you have

The original partition deed is the key to proper resolution of dispute.
Take cue form this deed.
Show your possession all along in the property which actually belongs to you even if the same is wrongly described.

Older partition deed clubeed with the sale-deeds of the shares of your father and elder brother shall clear the every point. There is no merit in the case of the sons of your elder brother and they shall have to face defeat in this unncessary litigation.
