Work contract tax

(Querist) 31 January 2012 This query is : Resolved 
RESPECTED EXPERT(S),
I'm Dillu working in a LTD. company,in Jammu. and wants to know that, Are we liable to pay WCT 8.4% to on total billing amount which is charged by a civil contractor in addition (i.e 500000/= + WCT)
