Dear All,
I want to ask you if my husband working in Out of India & then i file a D.V case in India so his Work Permit possible to cancelled.
If yes after D.V case file what is the process.
Please help me .

Simple Answer: Work Permit will NOT be cancelled since the WP is issued by another country and the filing of the DV or any other criminal cases will not make any changes in the status of WP. That country will not have jurisdiction or any authority for cancelling the visa on the matrimonial dispute.

How shall DV award get satisfied when he would be unemployed?
Your right is to get maintenance and not to make him starved!Okay!
