Would this be considered defamation ??

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 December 2010 This query is : Resolved
One person took money from me and ran away.I have planned to paste such posters at his old addresses.

Would this be considered defaming him or not ???

Mean, may be prosecuted for defaming him???

Runaway means is he not traceable or whereabouts unknown.? Just by pasting such messages in his old address will it emanate any solutions? Please explore legitimate means of recovery tracing the whereabouts of the borrower as day in and day out we face the same music as bankers.
