A notice from Hon'ble high court came to me in above matter where I have to submit my counter reply but as I am not advocate but able to reply, so please show a light in this regard that what is the procedure to submit counter reply? How I can verify and declare my content or what kind of affidavit is required and how can I produce myself identified before the court. All these will be done if I can not provide lawyer. Please clarify and I shall be oblige to all.

First tell what is the dispute all about?
If relief is claimed against you then it is not wise to conduct the case on your own and rather engage an advocate.
However for filing affidavit in reply you can give him your points.

I heartily thanks to Mr.Devajyoti, Mr.ajay,Mr.sankar narayanan and Mr. Rajendra K Goyal for your keen interest and answer.
The fact is in civil court a misc proceeding started against few Govt. Official due to violation of injunction and they implided as a private party but they were taking advantage of Govt pleader facility as they are govt to officials. one petition filed by me under order 27 of the cpc to restrain the Govt. Pleader conduct their case without obtaining vakalatnama from those officers who are opposite party in the aforesaid misc case. The order passed in favour of me and the Govt.pleader was directed to obtain power from each officer individual or to appoint their own lawyer because the contemer of court can not contest their case in the cost of Govt.money. The state Govt.filed the WP (c) in High court for quashing the said order and notice came to reply the same.The memorandum of counter affidavit is made ready by me and one advocate was engaged on behalf of me the learned advocate verified the content found o.k. but want to know can I file the same without an advocate and in that situation who will identify me and what kind of declaration required?
