Ld counsels,
Can any one please help me with a draft writ appeal petition for High Court Madras.
I am not sure about what need to be mentioned with respect to valuation at the end of the appeal petition. I am drafting it for appeallant who was the respondent in original writ petition.
Please clarify.

You don't have to mention suit valuation clause in a writ petition. In appeal you have to pay same court fee which was paid in the trial court. A court fee of Rs. 100/- is payable on a writ petition.
