sir, can a non statutory organisation directly file a writ petition in the supreme court under A.32? if so what are the grounds on which they can claim locus standi? is there any recent case laws that deals with this concept??

Non-statutory body cannot directly file petition before Hon'ble Supreme Court under Article 32 of Indian constitution so no question arises to insert grounds as put forth in your quarry.

organisation can file but cannot be sued. If the constitution is grossly violated by public authority then interference of extra ordinary jurisdiction of SC can be excercised under this Article.
