How to file Plaint? Is it necessary to annexe documents with plaint or only plaint? Is it Ok if we produce all the documents at the time of evidence?

better u read Order VII and Order VIII of the CPC, it will provided u enough knowledge on both the aspects.

Yes. To add in view of the amendment of CPC in the year 2002 the party filing pleading will have to disclose the documents to be relied on in the trial and to file its copies.
