XCivil xcontempt not getting listed/admited

Sir(s),
Please guide,
I have filed CCC in the HC before division bench. The advocate has filed the case & got no also.Last 15 days its showing on net that its pending admission. Advocate was telling that there was compliance pending but now advocate says everything is over from our side still its not getting admitted. Can I get whats problem, as I am away from the place of HC. And how long it takes to get admitted. 1 year gets over on 22/12 from EP order & am worried weather if it gets over I may lose an opportunity for contempt .

In which high court your case is pending. If the case is already filed and pending then do not worry about expiry of any date
