The cheque was issued in one place and deposited in another place (e.g. Pune) and the Notice sent from Complainat's corporate office (e.g. Mumbai). I want to know whether a complaint under section 138 of N.I. Act can be filed within the jurisdiction where the registered office of the Complainant company is situated (say Goa)??
