Sir,

File an appeal in Hon'ble High Court along with the Suspension of the sentence U/S 389 Cr.P.C,

Compromise is not possible at the stage of Appeal.

Hii Neeru,

Compromise or compounding of offences is possible only at the trial court ir during pendency of trial and not subsequent to pronouncing the judgement.

You can file a petition for SUSPENSION OF SENTENCE . Once the appeal you file before the HON'BLE High Court of Adjudicature and once numbered you can approach the trial court citing the same and the sentence will be suspended Appeal PENDENT LETTE.
