Dear Experts,
I would liek to understand, If i launch a 340 Crpc agains the court proceeding (I am 100 % sure , i will succeed because all the allegations were false).
Will it also affect the opponent party advocate. Since he is the guy who drafted the petiion of my wife....... Since, He is also repsponsible for making false statement, forging documents, trying to prove the false as true....
Please advise me and share your experince in this connection.....

Advocate or Amicus Curiae .....Definition: Latin term meaning "friend of the court". The name for a brief filed with the court by someone who is not a party to the case."... a phrase that literally means "friend of the court" -- someone who is not a party to the litigation, but who believes that the court's decision may affect its interest." .There is no law till date where in you can persecute the opponent advocate as he is just acting on behalf of his client .
