498 in trial stage

498a in trial stage.wife requested for time to submit some evidences of bank statements.she submitted,but not in a proper way where they are not authorised by bank seal.My lawyer submitted counter as the same that the bank statements are not proper.we have next date given after counter submision.Now my questions are: 1.Lawyer said that ,in next session judge will pass a judgement whther to accept our counter petition or not.What if judge not accepted the counter we filed? 2.If judge has not accepted the counter petition,Will the next step of proceedings (cross examination) comes into picture?or we need to approach high court? 3.As the case is in trial stage,how long it may take to get aquittal/judgement as mine is a love marriage and not taken a single rupee from her...even if we calculated the transactions from bank statements she submitted,she only has to give me around 2 lacs? 4.Last month she filed dv case on me n my mother for maintaiance after 5 yrs of marriage and 3 yrs of 498.Do i need to pay her ?Also she worked till last year and seems she quitted job for sake of DV maintaiance
