Hi All, Wife filed 498a DP 3 & 4 on husband and in laws in Sep-13. In FIR husband name only mentioned and remand report parents names mentioned and charge sheet not yet field. A1 got regular bail.
As per new updates ,in 498a only husband arrested and A2,A3 will be not arrested and they can take bail in police station and court. Please advise Is this correct?
