Dear All, As i posted earlier that my inlaws are threatning me and my family to file a false case against us. Few days back she had complaint in police station of my area and police station of her area too. But after my statement/investigation both police station had not filed any FIR and asked my wife to stay with me (am ready to stay seperate with wife and son). Then also she is not ready to stay with me. Finally i saw her in family court. May be she went to file a case. My qurstion is... 1) What shud i do now? 2) will court accept case without fir? Waiting for ur valuable inputs. thanks.
