As per fact and merits of case, there is provision section 25 of the code of civil procedure empowers the supreme court to transfer any suit, appeal and other proceedings from a high court or civil court in one state to a high court or other civil court in any other state on the application of a party and after issuing notice and hearing them.

Anything about chances of transfer can be said after going through documents.

Dear client,
In that circumstances you should move a Transfer Application before Hon'ble Supreme Court under section 406 Cr.P.C. it's a Criminal Litigation so and if need more clarification then you may contact us.
