My questions are:
- Can a husband put a copy of 498a/DV FIR at his Facebook profile?
- Can a husband post a copy (through post office or by hand) of 498a/DV FIR to her relatives/neighbours?
Will it attract any IPC sections, i.e. defamation?
I know people may advice that it does not sound ethical but a wife can file 498a, DV and N number of other false cases on husband and husband can only defend it for years in courts.
Most of the times (99%) such cases are being filed to extort money and wife side try to hide these cases from relatives and neighbours and try to collect sympathy so exposing them is the only way lef for husband.
