If agreement reached in 498a 406 in mediation centre and at the time of quashing is it nessary that girl should be present if the girl doesnt come at the time of quashing is it possible that judge quash the fir without her presence.as i have to pay half payment to girl at the time of quashing is i can deposit the money in court registory
So the main quesrtion is is girl presence required or not
