is it necessary to attach 65 b certificate with photoprints of spot panchnama, if yes plz send format for the same

If IO has photoprints of memorandom panchnama in which accused is showing the weapon he used to commit crime. I just wanna sure does only photoprints of panchnama enough to support memorandom panchnama or IO need 65 b certifacate under evidence act along with it to use these photoprints as an evidence
