one year back i came to my parent's home along with my baby girl because of my husband's behaviour( he used to scold me in abusive language, man handling, mental harrasment).
I tried to go return back to near my husband through elders but he rejected. till the date I'm waiting for my husband's changing mentality but 2 days back he sent divorce petition as the case of mental harrasment.
whatever I want to continue my life along with him
can anybody suggest me how can I proceed?
As already suggested you have to contest the divorce case to get that dismissed otherwise he will get the decree .Meanwhile you should file a suit for conjugal rights. You can file for maintenance too.
