If the police verification is required to be done by the police station where the F. I. R. has been registered against you, then the Pendency of the criminal case against you will be mentioned in the verification report. If you can approach the concerned High court by filing a petition under section 482 of the Code of criminal Procedure with valid points in your favor, the High court will quash the criminal case pending against you. In such an event, Police verification report will be in your favour. However, it would take some time. All the best and May God bless you.
