Hi if you absent on same day when chargsheet persent in court after police complete his investigation than you must first check if police submit than you give application for chargesheet and you got copy from court

thanks

Your lawyer may Move an exemption application on behalf of the accused who seeks to remain absent on the date of the hearing and the lawyer may receive the chargesheet on his behalf provided he has a valid vakalatnama on record.

unless exampted a single non-appearance can result in cancellation of bail.
