Hi if you file yu case for divorce in mutul consent and you wife agree to give you divorce and you agree to pay her for almoney so if she asking more thats not matter what she want

cour not consider it  if she earning money than she can not claim for maintaince from you

you show her monthly income in court and its all depend on court how mucvh he decide one time alomoney for her

in last you no need to pay for any rent or accomandation for her and their if no property on your name than she cant claim for any thing

thnks

  1. Wife can ask rent for her accomodation.
  2. Wife can ask maintenance against your income.
  3. Wife can ask legal expenses for case.
  4. Whether she gets or not is decided by court. If she is earning more than you she is unlikely to get any of the above.
  5. She can still approach court and ask for it. You will have to respond and prove her earning capacity in court.
