Additions to petition

Hello all learned Members....... I have filed an application u/s 203 Cr.PC for dismissal of complaint of DV on last date. However, I wish to do certain additions to it which would not change the basic nature of original application. So please tell me which section should I apply under for addition??? The original application is under Cr.PC but can I apply under CPC for additions to it????

@Sidhhart..!! The case is at initial stage. On the 3rd date I filed application u/s 203 for dismissal. However... on next day i realised that i missed certain points...
