Adultery

How can a husband prove his wife's adultery in the court? How is it possible?

1. By showing evidences of her height of vulnerability to concerned Court and thus proving her act of 'adultery' and making her second party whereas the man involved with your wife is first party in the case.

2. By above attempt all you can achieve is divorce and if argument were of silver quality then probably no alimony to be given to an adulterous wife that is all. You cannot put her behind bars as adultery committed by wife is an archaic Law where she cannot be prosecuted but made (second) party in a case under S. 497 IPC.

3. Be warned that now-a-days many modern metro wives have 'rakhi brothers'. Hence mind it, the produced evidences should be of silver quality otherwise it may backfire upon you and she may charge you for 'mental cruelties' as well as claim 'Civil damages'.

If you are quite sure that there is adultery, then engage 'private eye' and he will produce the requisite video and audio evidence and give his certificate and come to court to vouchsafe his repors.  If you fail, your fall will be precipitous.
