Adultry issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Pavan Kumar from andhra pradesh, i am a cast from KAMMA and i have got married in 2001 to a SC girl, and i got a BOY who is 12 year old, she has an illicite relation with othrs, once in 2007 redhandly she caught and i called her parents at the spot and handover her to them,, and her parents forced me to get marry her elder sister to take care of child,,in 2009 i got married her,, here starts another problem,, after married she helper sister to get her back to home,, and got her back, i am alone and i have no family background who can come on behalf of me to speak,, hence i kept quite and i started doing my job,, to avoid harresing at home by both sisters,,, now this lady started to maintain another guys this time a new guys,,, i got to know that,and i send her to parents home,, they have file a case in PS against ,me stating that i was harressing and i have a relation with other lady,we discussed in PS and came out i was in cell for 24hrs,, and they want me to transfer the property on both sisters name which i was not agreed, and i agreed to tranfer on my kids name,, which they did not agreed,, and put up a complant in CCS,,again i was in CCS for 12hrs,, but they did not turn back to CCS,, this time i took my foot little forward and i filed devorced as adultery issue,, the second wife who is her sister,, is also left and she is in chenni saying that she is on job....can any one suggest me to get out of this issue and get devorce,,, i have an avidence of video when she caught with a guy in my house over the night...is this helpfull...

from which wife you want divorce because

1st wife is legal weeded wife and you have not mentioned that you divorced your 1st wife and married her sister for the sake of your kid 

with those evidence you can file divorce

Penny wise pound foolish. The double whammy is apt in such case. What you can do is wait and watch. Let them file cases you keep a strong defence. Let them.make a first move. If they don't, lodge a local complaint of harassment by both and keep a copy as evidence. Sooner they will succumb to your demands but play safe.
