We are not here to take any tutorial class.

If you have any problem, state the facts and ask the relevant query.

1. Yes. It's law. 2. It's applicable when a private property is under uninterrupted possession and enjoyment of a person having relevant revenue records for at least 12 years. If it's public property, the period is 20 years. After these periods the person becomes absolute owner of the property whether he has any registered document or not. 3.The situations are easily imaginable.

I regret I'm unable to suggest.

Visit any Law Book Shop.      They'll show you some books.     You can select one of them.

Approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/civil matters having successful track record…and worth his/her salt…

Having lost the case you indeed require such counsel/law firm..

Inquire at LOCAL courts, jurisdictional HC..

You may lose the battle if you first purchase the book and then form the opinion. On urgent basis you have to file appeal against the judgment. Appoint advocate and he will guide you.
