Adverse possession

I entered agreement to sell withbuilder for  flat in Ram apartmentin the year 1990.

.As per agreement I have paid complete dues for the said flat.

Got possesiion of the said flat. Agreement to sell of the said flatis not registered.

Stamp duty of the said flat is paid

municalal tax Receipt of the said flat is in my name

.what is the remedy for excution of Sale Deed

Since you had already executed the agreement to sell and paid the proper stamp duty. Now if you are going for sale deed then you shall be liable to pay stamp duty and the registration fees as on today's market value.

if the state comes with any amnesty scheme then you may register the agreement to sell an relax.
