Dear Members,

Please help me with a draft petition of private complaint under section 200 CR.P.C to Magistrate for lodging compliant. Especially how to draft a complaint based on 138 NI Act with an example.

Dear Mr. Acharya,

would you please guide me to get a specimen complaint under 200 Cr. P.C., consequnces from harassment , threat, by a private loan provider for payment of interest which was due for 4 months due to jobless, suffering from nervous breakdown and cardiac problem. thanking you.
