Advice required on divorce filing

Thanks Shonee for reply. So that means I have to do sale deed. Would it be fine if I do it on my mom name or should I do it on my sister name who is married? Or some friend?

1. Wife will have no right on her husband's property after being divorced,

 

2. However, the Court may ask you to use the said property to pay for the compensation or other obligations on your wife as decided by the Court,

 

3. So, gifting the property to your mother may be a good move but it will not exepmt you from complying with your legal liabilities on your wife as to be decided by the Court.
