Advise

1. Divorce petitoner field by myslef on grounds of desertation and crulety 2. matter refered for concilaltion 3. after 3rd concillation it is agred between myslef and wife to stay together and resolve issues and take case back 4. next councelling date is on court hearing date 24/10/19. till now no reply field by wife on petition field 5. now wife is not ready to come to councellor and sign on compromsie and withdrawl application as suggested by councellor and my council 6. she wants myslef to withdraw case 7. my council siad this may backfire on you advise: 1. should i withdraw case on own 2. should i withdraw filing application for amendment so same not to backfire on me 3. what is limitation period to file amendant petition after withdrawl
