There is no minimum period prescribed to claim right of way

hello sir

i paid money to the career grommer consulting services through pay u money regarding placement services in the month of july.they are not showing any responce from their side.i had already complained them in pay u money but unfortunately i did not get the correct responce from their side.i dont want want any services from their side.i want my money to refund to my account.now what step i have to take sir.please give me a suggestion.
