my wife have filed divorce petition i the bombay high court after cousiling we both agreed for divorce and consent terms filed before he Hon'ble court after that application is converted into section 13b ( mutual divorce consent ) now what is next procedure (is there neccessary to file any affidavit or verbal statement before court ) please help .

on the date of hearing court ask both the parties to present in the court. after examination of the papers affidavits, petition etc.and declare divorce
