I have one querry about land lease for petrol pump.Is there any problem with this clause in the affidivit.
Mrs X has applied for retail outlet dealership of IOC under SC category.
That in case Mrs X is selected for RO dealership i will either lease the above mentioned piece of land to oil company or to Mrs X for setting of retail outlet facilities at the above mentioned location as per the site plan duly signed by me. In case of lease, i further confirm that i have no objection if the subject piece of land leased to Mrs X is further leased to the oil company by her as per terms of the oil company

Dear querist, you can give your land for lease. But to my best, the lease shall be for not less than 20 years.
