after 482cr.p.c in high court a revision in session court

after filing a petition under section 482cr.p.c  in high court  can i file a revision petition in session court .

1. is there is any bar i.e after seeking a remady u/s 482 i can not file a revision u/s 397.

2. in 482 i seek a remady  of quashing of proceding and in 397 revision i seeking a remady against a summening order.

 3. is there is any law which i code in my support

better would be u seek stay of proceedings before the trial court in 482 proceedings itself.

hi, yes i agree with kiran g .its will be right for u to stay with 482 .

there is no bar to file revision petition. its better to take stay from high court in sec 482 crpc petition. n quash the procedings.
