There is a 4 acres of land which being maintained by my grand mother's younger brother's family - NO DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE AS OF NOW.
Family tree:
1) My grand mother (late): her children, grand children
2) Her brother1 (late): his children, grand children
3) Her brother2: his children, grand children
My question
Now that land may be available for sale. My qeustion is that: Since my grand mother is no more, Are my grand mother's children eligible for share from the sale of that particular land or not?
If yes, can we file a case? Please help with answers.
