A person who is agriculturist since 1943 and having agricultural land in Maharashtra the said land was in Gujarat before seperation of maharashtra and Gujarat and still he is in possession of that land now can he buy agri.land in Gujarat ? on that basis that from promulgation he is a farmer as he is having agri.land from 1943 onwards can he be traeted as a farmer in Gujarat ? please guide.Thanks
