I am Satya Narayan Sahu from Odisha. Presently I am working in a Private company with a salary of Rs.27,000 pm. But, I want to switch to Govt/PSU/Bank Jobs. Well, I belongs to OBC caste (I think any caste except Bramhin are OBC). Now about my Parrents :
My father worked in BSNL and his salary was Rs.45,000 pm. But last Year in an accident he expired.
My Mother was a Govt High School Head Mistress and her salary was 35,000 pm but she died last year in the same accident.
Yes, My elder brother is a s/w engineer and now getting Rs.35,000 pm .
I am working as a s/w engineer with a salary of Rs.27,000 pm.
My wife is working in National Law University and her post is Contractual till date. If she get Permanent her salary would be Rs. 15000 approximately since she works as a "Data Entry Operator" there.
Now, since I am trying to switch to any Govt or Bank or PSU, I think if I can get a OBC certificate that will help me. Since my parrents are dead, so Can I apply for OBC ?
Will I be eligible for Creamy Layer or Non Creamy layer OBC ?
Can I get the age relaxation of 3 years ?
What is the Criterea for Creamy and Non-creamy Layer..?
Finally, Can I take the age relaxation in Banking and also in IAS Entrance ?
