We are supposed to pay X Amount + Interest to the Plaintiff = Decreed amount
We are going in appeal in Bombay High Court.
We wish to know what percentage of the decreed amount is to be deposited by us in Court at time of appeal?
Will the percentage be calculated on X Amount or on the interest amount also?
