dear experts please help me very urgent
I married in apr12.I filed application under section12(C) due to hide the mental seekness of wife in apr13 within a year.we are living separately from last one year.during concelling session conceller asked me to go for mutual concent divorce.now the question is,I do not posses any property,my father has propery created by their own.there was no property of my grand father.what is the effect of latest marriage ammendment bill in mcd ?whether wife can claim in my fathers aquired property share? may be not now but in future?
